Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits (party & venue bookings)
- The £50 deposit secures your date and is deducted from your final bill.
- If you cancel, change to a date we can’t accommodate, or do not attend, the deposit is non-refundable. This reflects the date being held for you and turned away from other bookings.
- If we cancel or change your booked dateand can’t agree a suitable alternative with you, you receive a full refund of your deposit.
Pre-order drinks
- You can request to cancel a drinks pre-order and receive a refund up to 48 hours before your booked visit. After that, pre-orders are non-refundable as they will have been prepared/allocated for your visit.
- Unredeemed pre-orders are not automatically refunded after the visit date unless we failed to provide them.
If we can’t lawfully serve you (age / ID)
- If, at the venue, the customer or recipient cannot provide acceptable ID or is found to be under 18, we will refuse to serve alcohol. Because we cannot lawfully sell alcohol to under-18s, any alcohol element of a pre-order is refunded.
- A party-booking deposit is treated under the deposit rules above (i.e. forfeited on a customer cancellation/no-show, refunded if we cancel) — it is not retained as a penalty.
How refunds are made
Refunds are made to the original payment method. Card refunds are processed through our payment provider; please allow a few working days for them to appear.
