These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any booking or event enquiry you make with Platform Bar Limited(“Platform”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms.

Using this website

The content on this site is provided for general information about the venue. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but some details (such as opening hours, events and photography) may change. Items marked as placeholder or sample are illustrative and not a representation of fact.

Bookings & enquiries

• Submitting a booking or event form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we accept it and any required deposit has been received.
• Private party bookings are for 25–200 guests and may require a refundable or non-refundable deposit of £50, as set out at the time of booking.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to let us know promptly if your plans change. Cancellation terms will be shared with your booking confirmation.

Age & admission

Platform is a licensed venue. Admission and the service of alcohol are subject to our licence, UK law and our right to refuse service. Challenge-25 applies and valid ID may be required.

Intellectual property

The Platform name, logo, branding and the content of this site are owned by Platform Bar Limited or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. This site is developed and owned by Pungi Development Ltd.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
